1

Acceptance

By downloading or using Recall, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2

The service

Recall provides tools for importing, searching, organizing and adding context to screenshots. Features include recognized-text search, titles, notes, collections and selected actions that open other apps. Recall is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee that recognized text, suggested details or imported content will always be complete or accurate.

3

Your responsibilities

  • Check important details before relying on recognized text or taking an action.
  • Only import and use content that you have the right to access and organize.
  • Maintain appropriate copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
  • Use Recall lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the application or its services.
4

Screenshots and permissions

You control which photo or media access you grant. Manual and automatic import depend on the permissions and source images available on your device. Your original screenshots stay in your gallery. Removing the source image or revoking access may make a preview unavailable in Recall.

5

Data and local storage

Recall stores app records such as recognized text, titles, notes, collection choices and import history locally on your device. Erasing Recall data removes Recall records but does not delete the original gallery images. Recall does not currently provide cloud sync, cross-device access or a built-in backup/restore feature.

6

External actions

Calendar, share and browser actions open an external application. Recall does not complete those actions automatically. For example, a Calendar action opens the Calendar editor and you decide whether to save or schedule the event there. External applications and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

7

Text recognition and duplicates

Text recognition supports Latin-script text in the current release and may be affected by image quality. Recall does not currently provide visual image understanding or Bangla OCR. Exact-file deduplication does not guarantee that every visually similar image will be detected or merged.

8

Intellectual property

Recall, its branding, application design, software and related materials are owned by or licensed to the publisher, except for content you import and third-party components governed by their own licences.

9

Availability and updates

Features may change, be corrected, suspended or discontinued. Compatibility can vary by device and Android version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or operating-system configuration.

10

Disclaimer

Recall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be guaranteed, including uninterrupted operation, perfect text recognition, absolute accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose.

11

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the application, including loss of data, records or expected benefits. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited as required by law.

12

Termination

You may stop using Recall at any time. We may restrict access to services we control if use is unlawful, abusive or creates a security risk.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14

Changes

We may revise these terms as the application changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
